Summary:
The Nucloside analogs, such as 3TC, FTC and L-FMAU appear to be the only promising class of compounds for the manaegment of chronic HBV infection. In this paper, anti-HBV effects of these compounds and some other new derivatives, which were synthesized recently, were discussed.
